Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?+
It depends on how many you are, session length, and whether it's a one-off or recurring service. As an honest reference: between €20 and €30 per employee attended, all inclusive (professionals, massage chair, materials and coordination). Tell us your case and you'll have a closed quote within 48 hours, no strings attached.
Do people have to change clothes?+
No. The massage is received fully clothed, with no oils or creams. Everyone returns to their desk just as they came — but better.
How long is each session?+
At the office, between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on what fits your workday. At events we work with 15-minute sessions to attend more people.
How much space do you need?+
A quiet corner of about 2×2 metres per massage chair — a small meeting room works. We can set up in separate rooms or all chairs together in a large room, as you prefer.
Who organises the time slots?+
We do. We share an online booking link and each person picks their slot. HR doesn't manage anything.
Is there a minimum number of people?+
We work from half a day, which covers about 8-14 people. For large workforces we calculate therapists and days so nobody misses their session.
Where do you operate?+
We're based in Barcelona and serve all of Spain. Outside the Barcelona area, team travel and accommodation are quoted separately, always itemised — no surprises.
How far in advance should we book?+
Ideally 3-4 weeks. September and December fill up early; if you have a specific date in mind, don't let it slip away.
Are the therapists qualified?+
Yes: we're a team of professionals with corporate experience and civil liability insurance.
Can we try before committing to a program?+
That's what we recommend: a no-commitment pilot day — the team experiences it, then you decide. That's how almost all our clients start.
