2. What data we process and why

Contact and quote request form: full name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing the requested proposal.

Session booking system: name, email and chosen time slot. Purpose: managing the schedule of the service contracted by your company.

Commercial communications: only with your express consent will we send you information about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is: (a) your consent, when submitting the form or subscribing to communications; (b) performance of the contractual relationship, for bookings of contracted services; and (c) legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request or maintain the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law (tax, commercial). Data for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors (web hosting and database), under the corresponding processing agreements.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@balanceatwork.es, providing proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
